A SAVVY supermarket fan has shared her experience of shopping at Food Warehouse for the very first time.
And the woman called Gi said she was so glad that she listened to others’ recommendations about the bargain store, as it more than lived up to the hype.
The social media user, who shared the results of her shopping haul on her TikTok profile @whatgidid, was also quick to praise Food Warehouse – Iceland’s sister shop – for its wide variety of stock.
And she said that it was so good that she could even get food products there that she hadn’t been able to find in Tesco for a little while.
Gi explained: “Apparently, this place is like Iceland on crack.
“So let’s see what it’s all about.”

The TikToker then took her shopping trolley down the aisles, as she dished out some tips to her 50.4k followers.
Gi continued: “ First of all, come here one hour before it closes – it’s an absolute dream.”
She then highlighted the items that had caught her eye as she walked in, including a Cathedral City ready made Cauliflower Cheese to cans of Fanta Limon.
But it was when she got to the chilled and snack sections that she started loading things into her trolley.

Gi reached for some Muller Corner Bliss Yoghurts, as she said: “I’ve not seen these yoghurts in Tesco in absolutely ages.
“Had to get some of those.”
She then proceeded to buy a multi-pack of Maryland Mini Cookies and some Ferrero Rocher in a Hazelnut flavour, which she said made her feel “nostalgic”.
And that was before she spotted her favourite purchase of the day – a giant packet of crisps.
Gi exclaimed: “Oh my God, never have I ever seen a Dorito bag that big!”
She was similarly impressed with the breakfast bars on offer, with prices starting from just over a £1.
Elsewhere in the store, she went wild for some flavoured spreads, Old El Paso food kits and Pot Noodles, which come in a packet of 12 for £8.
The Food Warehouse describes itself as “a brand new offering from Iceland that is revolutionising the way that people shop in stores.”
On their website, they add: “It takes the same great product lines and extends them in a warehouse space, giving customers the ability to buy in bulk and take advantage of some fantastic savings.”
