A MAN has left millions baffled after showing off his “cheese shelf” in his fridge and people spotted he also keeps his DVDs in there too.
Steve, who posts on TikTok as @.ceoofdadjokes, wrote: “So wait, doesn't everybody have a drawer in their fridge that is completely dedicated to cheese? Just me?"
But it wasn’t the cheese section that truly captured people’s attention.
Above the cheese was a shelf full of DVD and Blu-ray discs, including films like The Dark Knight and Fargo.
Over seven million people have watched his clip, with thousands sharing their bewilderment in the comments.
One wrote: "Um. You keeping them movies fresh” and another added: “Umm, why do you have DVDs in your fridge.”
Another commented: "Ahh the good old DVD fridge-shelf”, and a fourth wrote: “Is no one gonna comment on the DVD shelf… I mean cheese is cheese."
There were also a lot of jokes such as "Please tell me Frozen is in the freezer.”
Steve addressed his baffling DVD fridge section in a follow-up video.
He said: "Since so many of you really want to know why I have DVDs in my refrigerator, well, for one, I love movies. I bought this house because I have a movie theatre in my house.
"Second, I was reading this article in Weekly World News back in the late 90s about how keeping your DVDs at a temperature below 40C makes them play better, the sound would be better and the picture would be a lot clearer, so ever since then, for the past 27 years, I've been keeping all my DVDs and my Blu-rays in the fridge.
"The best part is, when people ask what movies I have, I say I have the coolest movies around."
