Meghan Markle, 39, chose a very special jewellery piece for her upcoming interview with Oprah Winfrey. In the new teaser released on CBS, the Duchess is seen accessorising her £3,000 Giorgio Armani dress with several pieces of jewellery, including a diamond tennis bracelet from Princess Diana’s collection.
The interview, which is set to air on March 7, will see Meghan and Oprah talking about why they stepped back from their royal roles as well as a variety of other topics.
Clips from the preview sees Oprah explaining: “I just want to make it clear to everybody – there is no subject that is off-limits.”
Another section from the interview shows the famous host asking Meghan: “Were you silent or were you silenced?”
For the chat with Oprah, Meghan went for a £3,300 Giorgio Armani dress, with her hair pulled back and smokey eye makeup.
The Duchess went for the ‘long triple silk georgette dress’, which featured a deep neckline with floral embroidery.
The description of the dress reads: “This triple silk georgette dress is sensuous with a subtle, refined twist.
“Its value and prestige are increased by the large quantity of fabric used. The style features a deep front neckline, frontal foliage embroidery and matching belt.”
She also added a stunning piece of jewellery to the look, which previously belonged to Princess Diana.

Speaking to Express.co.uk, Alexandra Michell, Gemologist Prestige Pawnbrokers of Channel 4’s Posh Pawn, shared an insight into the stunning piece.
The expert said: “This is a diamond tennis bracelet in platinum or white gold by Cartier.
“Classic style that can be worn day or night.
“Each stone could be as large as 0.80cts, which would make the total carat weight of the bracelet over 20cts!
“Probably high colour and clarity especially as Cartier are known to use high quality stones.”
Alexandra also explained that the piece comes with a huge price tag.
“I would estimate a piece like this fetch upwards of £125,000 at auction considering it belonged to Princess Diana,” said the expert.
Meghan first wore the sparkling Cartier piece for a state dinner in Fiji during her royal tour of Oceania with Prince Harry in October 2018.
She also later wore it at a reception in Tonga the same month, as well as to observe Commonwealth Day in 2019.
It is also thought to be the same bracelet that was used to make the Duchess’ three-stone engagement ring from Harry.
Princess Diana added the stunning piece to her outfits on several occasions, especially for royal engagements and events.
The Duchess has also worn other pieces from Diana’s collection including her butterfly earrings and a gold bracelet with blue detailing.
Kate Middleton also has pieces in her jewellery collection which belonged to Princess Diana including her gorgeous engagement ring.
The engagement ring features an oval sapphire as the centrepieces and is surrounded by sparkly diamonds.
The sapphire ring was created by British jeweller Garrad and was chosen by Prince Charles for his proposal to Diana.
It was later given to Kate Middleton when Prince William proposed to her in 2010.
