Mrs Hinch fan uses £1 cream cleaner to get her cloudy shower screen sparkling like new

IF THERE'S any good that's come out of being in lockdown , it's that we've all finally managed to find the time to tackle the household chores we've long ignored.

And one women was left amazed after she managed to get her grubby shower screen sparkling clean and rid of limescale using cult cleaning brand The Pink Stuff.

Gushing over the £1 cleansing cream, Jessica Byrne shared before and after snaps to the Hinch Army Cleaning Tips Facebook group as she couldn't quite believe how much it had helped.

Before the deep clean, her shower screen appeared completely covered in limescale.

It was so bad you could barely see through the cloudy glass, and she admitted feeling "ashamed" of the state it was in.

But in her next photo, the glass was so clean it looked more like a window.

In her post, she wrote: "If you haven't tried this yet, please do!!! Amazing.

"It was horrific before and I am ashamed by it to say the least haha!"

And she wasn't the only one impressed by the popular cleaning product's cleaning properties.

Many fans were quick to praise the cheap product, while others insisted on picking some up whenever they next could.

Excited by the prospect of having a sparkling clean shower, one person wrote: "Omg I use it but not on my shower screen I’m defo doing that tomorrow"

And another said: "One of my fave cleaning products of all time"

While a third wrote: "I’ve been wanting to try this first thing I'm going to buy when this is all over "

But while some group members weren't at all surprised by how good The Pink Stuff is, they were still extremely thrilled to see such satisfying results.

And it's not the first time the cleaning paste has been recommended for various household chores – or even the second time for that matter.

The Pink Stuff is a popular product that Mrs Hinch herself brags about – and recently got her bathtub sparkling using the stuff.

Meanwhile, another Hinch fan removed mould from her bathroom tiles using the cleaning paste from the same brand and was equally amazed by the amazing results.

Are we wrong for considering this must-have product an essential item?
