A SKINCARE influencer has revealed the anti-aging glow girl routine that she never skips.

She credited the three-step process for her youthful-looking skin.

Yuri (@yurileeeee) shared the anti-aging advice in a video with over 430,000 TikTok followers.

The California-based content creator explained she never skipped three critical steps, starting off with retinol.

"It promotes faster skin cell turnover and prevents fine lines and wrinkles," she said, holding up her retinol of choice, Kiehl's retinol skin-renewing daily micro-dose serum, $65.

Next up was her gua sha routine, a traditional Chinese skincare method in which a user takes a smooth-edged tool to stroke the skin while they press on it, reducing pain and stiffness.

Yuri prepped her skin with a serum then took her gua sha tool, gliding it across the contours of her face, nose bridge, and forehead.

A 2014 study reported, "Gua sha improved the range of movement and reduced pain in people who used computers frequently compared with a control group that had no treatment."

Last but certainly not least, Yuri explained she never went without sunscreen.

She stressed sunscreen was the key to prevention and explained she went to lengths to make sure her skin was always protected.
