New Balance Shines a "Moonbeam" on Its X-Racer

New Balance‘s X-Racer has been subjected to a number of colorways and collaborations, most notably these bold utility pairs and an atmos x Staple makeover, and now the sneaker has arrived in two standout offerings of “Moonbeam” and “Camo Green.”

The X-Racer “Moonbeam” sees its neoprene, synthetic leather, rubber and mesh-constructed upper adorn a color palette of pink, blue, gray, black, and orange, mixing all of these shades together for a colorful yet not too busy aesthetic. The mesh tongue sports X-Racer branding, while rubber forms the N-branding on the mid-panels and the extended heel clip that also features New Balance branding.

In complete contrast, the “Camo Green” offering sports an upper almost entirely covered in the dashing shade of dark green. This fall-ready pair is complete with an ABZORB-equipped midsole that’s finished in a pinkish earthy tone, which has also been used to decorate the mid-panel and heel branding. Rounding out this pair is its black outsole which lends itself to trail running shoes, which is complete with orange segments running the whole length of the midsole just like those found on the “Moonbeam” colorway.

The New Balance X-Racer in “Moonbeam” and “Camo Green” can be seen above, and pairs can be purchased at retailers such as Très Bien now for $170 USD each.
