A SHOPPER was ‘livid’ after receiving a pair of heeled sandals from PrettyLittleThing – only to find they’d sent her two right feet.
Shanice Tatter, 22, ordered a pair of black strappy sandals from the e-tailer for £30.
Shanice, from London, claims despite having next day delivery, the shoes arrived two days late – but the worst was yet to come.
She opened the box only to find she’d been sent two right feet.
Shanice, a recruitment consultant, told Fabulous Digital: “I was absolutely livid! As clumsy as I am… I tried it on. Didn’t even notice straight away!
“I paid for next day delivery and they arrived 2 days later, I needed them for the Saturday but they arrived on the Sunday.
“I thought I could wear them on Sunday instead, so as I opened them, they were two right shoes.”
Shanice added she had to wear ‘old heels’ for her night out, saying she’s “very put off” shopping with PLT again.
She vented her frustration online, sharing a photo of the mis-matched heels.
Shanice posted on Twitter: “So a late delivery AND two of the same shoes???? Really?”

PLT replied to Shanice on social media, apologising for the blunder.
They said: “I'm so sorry to hear this.”
Shanice added they had offered her a refund, adding: “They have offered me a refund without sending them back but I will definitely be sending them back because I cannot do anything with them.”
Meanwhile this model raged at the brand after her necklace arrived with an embarrassing spelling mistake.
