This easy recipe from Taste This Now on YouTube shows you how, and it only takes a couple of minutes.
Best of all, you end up with a rich, Nutella-flavoured hot chocolate, ideal for sipping as we come into autumn and winter.
Instead of washing out your container each time, instead try this.
Add two cups of hot milk to your Nutella jar. It’s best to do this when you’ve not quite scraped everything out yet, as you’ll get more of that hazelnut flavour.

Mix and add whipped cream, before sprinkling over mini chocolate chips, marshmallows, or any other toppings you desire.
A drizzle of melted Nutella adds an extra touch.
It really is that simple, but a method worth having on hand as the weather cools down. As hot chocolate stations become a popular home feature at Christmas, this way’s mess and waste-free.
