Jenna Jameson has been MIA on the keto scene for a while—the 45-year-old recently packed up her life and family in LA and moved to the big island of Hawaii. But now that she’s settled, Jenna’s back to divulging her keto secrets.
In her newest Instagram post, Jenna shared her updated daily keto diet now that she’s a full-time Hawaii resident (FYI: Jenna just recently celebrated her one-year keto anniversary and an 80-pound weight loss on the famous high-fat diet).
Jenna’s new “what I eat in a day post” starts off with her fave breakfast: “I wake up at 6 a.m. and immediately make coffee,” she wrote. “I prefer instant with stevia and heavy cream.”

Here’s a brand new “What I Eat in a Day” I wake up at 6 am and immediately make coffee. I prefer instant with stevia and heavy cream. I then allow myself to get hungry. That usually is about 10 or 11 am.I cook 4 over easy eggs and top them with sour cream with Cholula hot sauce mixed in. Around 2 pm I find myself hungry again. I have been loving this cabbage salad I make. It’s comprised of shredded cabbage, sesame oil, fresh ginger, soy sauce and a handful of minced cashews. It’s fabulous with a chicken breast. 6 pm is my last meal of the day. I’m a steak lover, so I always have a beautiful ribeye on hand! I’ve been loving double ribeyes lately… so I sear them in a skillet then bake low and slow, and that results in a super tender piece of meat! I pair it with zucchini noodles with marinara. From there, Jenna say she doesn’t typically eat until she gets hungry–that happens around 10 or 11 a.m. That’s when she officially breaks her fast (Jenna still does intermittent fasting—eating between the hours of 10 a.m. and 6 p.m. each day). “I cook 4 over easy eggs and top them with sour cream with Cholula hot sauce mixed in,” she wrote.
For her second meal of the day (technically lunch), Jenna opts for a huge salad. “Around 2 pm I find myself hungry again,” she wrote. “I have been loving this cabbage salad I make. It’s comprised of shredded cabbage, sesame oil, fresh ginger, soy sauce and a handful of minced cashews. It’s fabulous with a chicken breast.”
Jenna finally rounds out her day with dinner at 6 p.m. “I’m a steak lover,” she wrote. “So I always have a beautiful ribeye on hand! Honestly, I am stuffed just thinking about what she eats. She also noted in her Instagram post that she drinks tons of water and also really loves Zevia, a calorie-free soda alternative made with stevia.
