When heading to Nando’s, there’s a spice level for everyone.
Some prefer plain, others mild lemon and herb and the brave like to go for hot.
And now, there’s a limited-edition flavour for those who want something festive – spiced clementine.
It combines orange flavours, seasonal spices, peri-peri and hibiscus.
The citrusy flavour will be available to try from today while stocks last.
Although store are closed for sit-in in England due to the lockdown, you can order online for delivery or for collection.
Some stores in Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland are open. You can check out your local branch online.
You can choose to add the flavour to burgers, whole chickens or their new Great Imitator plant-based range.
Although not officially vegan because it is cooked alongside chicken products and there is a risk of cross-contamination, it is completely meat-free.
The flavour is the latest in a line of limted editons as at the start of the year, Nando’s ditched the mango and lime flavour and said it would rotate different sauces instead.
The spiced clementine will sit as ‘medium’ on the PERi-ometer, and will replace the most recent limited flavour – coconut & lemon.
And to celebrate the new menu, Nando’s will offer free delivery on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday for the next three weeks.
Other exciting launches for the Christmas period include the KFC burger with a gravy boat hash brown and the double Big Mac at McDonald’s.
If you’re looking for a sweet treat, McDonald’s is also selling a Celebrations McFlurry from tomorrow.
