Christmas is getting closer and supermarkets, restaurants, and even fast-food chains are fast launching their festive menus or food ranges. Wetherspoons is one of the most popular pub chains in the UK and it never fails to disappoint with its annual Christmas offerings.
Wetherspoons introduces a Christmas menu to its pubs each year, usually offering fans a plethora of different sandwiches and burgers, as well as some sweet treats.
The pub chain does not have turkey on the menu, but there are other savoury snacks for customers to get their hands on.
The Christmas menu varies every year, and this year there are three new products to choose from.
Other customer favourites have also returned.
These include plates of pigs in blankets and the classic bacon and brie burger.
Prices vary from pub to pub, but many of the pub chain’s foods are available for under £10.
One of the new foods on the menu is the big cheese burger, which Wetherspoons described as “the ultimate indulgent festive cheese fest”.
The burger contains three cheeses – brie, halloumi, and blue cheese.

To accompany the cheeses, customers can choose between the breaded vegetable patty, the plant-based patty, the beef patty, the fried buttermilk chicken, or the grilled chicken breast.
Another burger is the brie and bacon burger, seen previously on Wetherspoons’ Christmas menu.
Last year, the festive treat came with a soft drink, costing only £7.65, or an alcoholic drink, costing £9.15 in total.
Another new savoury product, also containing brie, is the brie and garlic mushroom pizza.
This item is perfect for vegetarians and comes topped with slice mushroom, garlic, brie cheese, and rocket.
The pizza comes in two sizes – 11 inches and eight inches.
Wetherspoons customers are fans of paninis, and there are two festive options this year.
The chicken, stuffing, bacon, and cranberry panini, as well as a simpler brie and cranberry panini are both available to purchase from the menu.
As for desserts, Wetherspoons has launched two brand-new additions to the menu.
One is the rocky road Belgian chocolate bar featuring cherries, marshmallows, and sultanas, while the other is the Snowy Road dessert.
They are served with vanilla ice cream and Belgian chocolate or toffee sauce.
The Wetherspoons menu is available at branches now up until December 24.
