Adam Lambert Sells Hollywood Home at a Loss for $3 Million — See Inside!

Adam Lambert is finally rockin' away from his West Hollywood home.

The singer, 38, put his 3,049-square-foot Los Angeles house on the market for $3.35 million in February, listing it with Emil Hartoonian and Nicholas Siegfried of The Agency, PEOPLE confirmed at the time. Now, the home has sold for $2.92 million, the Los Angeles Times reports.

Lambert bought his modern retreat through a trust in 2014 for $2.995 million, according to the Times, which means he lost about $75,000 in the sale. The rocker previously tried to sell his place with a different agent in 2017 for $3.995 million, later lowering the price to $3.595 million in 2019, but was unable to find a buyer.

The three-bedroom, three-bathroom property, originally built in 1947, has a streamlined, modern style with a designer kitchen, and a spacious outdoor entertaining area with a pool and incredible city views.

Lambert, who was announced as the runner-up on American Idol’s 8th season in 2009, had been performing with Queen on their Rhapsody Tour prior to the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic.

His fourth studio album, Velvet, dropped on March 20, 2020. He was originally supposed to tour the album throughout 2020, but that has since been postponed due to the ongoing pandemic.
