Harris Faulkner shares her work-from-home beauty routine

Harris Faulkner isn’t letting working from home get in the way of her glow.

“Everything is DIY for me these days. I’ve been skipping TV glam since the last time I anchored my shows in-studio. That was on March 19,” the Fox News anchor, 54, told Page Six Style, describing her on-air look as “strong, straightforward and ready for breaking news.”

“When I’m building a look for communicating with more than 1.5 million of people each day, the most important tool is a glowing palette,” she continued. “My number-one glam rule:  Skincare must never be arbitrary or ordinary.  My biggest splurge has always been on skin products. It was a sort of obsession, which began when I was modeling as a teenager.”

Faulker added that she’s tried “just about every kind of makeup remover, toner, primer, moisturizer and mask,” all in her “never-ending dedication to attaining a healthy glow.”

And she’s got her regimen down to a science.

“My favorite [products], currently, are an incredible makeup remover by Dermalogica called Precleanse Balm ($45) — and a special mitt that comes with it — followed by a light amount of Special Cleansing Gel ($39), Phyto Replenish Oil ($76) and La Mer Soft Cream ($190),” the newscaster explained.

“That’s the evening routine. Mornings are all about prepping the canvas for on-air: a charcoal daily exfoliant and daytime moisturizer, followed by Laura Mercier primer ($38) to control shine and smooth the lines my life’s adventure has blessed me with.”

Her hairstyling abilities, she admitted, are up for debate. “My blowout skills are meh. But I’m handy with a flat iron and that’s a good thing, because my short bob and summertime humidity can be at odds!”
