A woman was left fuming after she was criticised for using a disabled parking space because she "did not look disabled".
Rhiannon, from Australia, vented on TikTok after having an uncomfortable exchange with an elderly person who accused her of misusing the disabled parking spot.
She suffers from fibromyalgia, a condition that causes pain all over the body. "I am legally disabled and as much as old people would like to square up with me about it – I'm legally disabled," she said.
She holds the blue badge and shows it to the camera, adding: "See this? Really, really hard to get. Basically, it entitles me to park in a disabled parking [space] which I will do.
"So I park in my disabled parking, I put up my little thing and I get out my car. Tell me why, tell me why this old motherf***** comes up to me and thinks that it is their business to go 'you don't look disabled'.
"I'm sorry do you want me to cut off my f***ing leg so that I look 'disabled' enough to you? Let me get out the car and bent over, limping just so I fit your idea of disabled."
Her video has gone viral and many viewers sent messages of support to Rhiannon.
Some were curious to know more about her disability, which she explained in a second video.
Rhiannon said: "I want to make it clear that I do not use these parks every single day.

"Some days I feel perfectly fine and capable to walk from a normal parking spot or if there is one nearby, I will always choose to take that as I understand there are people who are not as lucky as I am in my disability and they need it more than I do."
She said on the day the incident happened, she was heading to a medical appointment with her chronic pain condition and decided to use the disabled parking spot to minimise the distance to walk from the car park to the clinic.
One viewer shared her similar experience: "I really can feel it I had the same thing happen to me in multiple places. My disability doesn't show because I had multiple [surgeries]."
While another added: "It shocks me, how many people get discriminated [against] because they don't fit the disabled stereotype!"
