Lidl is flogging cans of Simpsons inspired Duff Beer for limited time

Ever wondered what Duff Beer tastes like?

The fictional lager, which is a favourite of cartoon character Homer Simpson, is now being sold in British supermarkets.

This gives Simpsons fans a chance to drink the tipple – although it won’t be around for long.

Here’s everything you need to know about the product.

Lidl is selling “the legendary” Duff Beer for £1.25 a can.

According to the product description, the bev has been “brewed in Germany by the brewery Eschwege monastery”.

The pale lager is a Pilsner and is topped with a white head.

Those who try the Simpsons-inspired drink can also expect to taste malt, cereals, caramel and straw flavours.

The Duff beers are being stocked across Lidl’s 760 UK stores.

But sadly, they will only be available while stock lasts.

If you miss out, there’s no need to fret.

Amazon is also selling the Simpsons drink online.

Shoppers can bag a crate of 24 of the lagers for a reasonable £20.
