Louis Tomlinson’s lips are sealed.

The former One Direction member refused to engage when asked about Liam Payne’s recent “beef” with Zayn Malik in a new interview.

“So the fishing’s begun already,” Tomlinson, 30, said when the feud was brought up on Australia’s “The Project” Wednesday. “I see what you’re doing.”

The “Two of Us” singer then played coy, turning the conversation to the boy band’s fame by saying, “I’m immensely proud, as I know Liam is … of those days, obviously. It was an incredible thing to do, especially to do at such a young age. Amazing memories.”

But the show’s co-hosts did not let it die there.

When the “X Factor” alum was asked whether it is “annoying to have to answer retroactive questions,” he clarified that he is “more than happy to talk about” One Direction.

“It’s just when you mentioned the beef before, it sounded like you were ready to stir some s–t up, that’s all I’m saying,” Tomlinson explained.

The hosts moved forward with more One Direction queries, asking the England native about the “Harry Styles and the Cult of Celebrity” course at Texas State University.

“That should be you, shouldn’t it?” Waleed Aly asked.

“I don’t really have any interest in having a course about me, to be fair,” Tomlinson replied. “You sound very interested, to be fair. Maybe you should sign up.”

The interview came one month after Payne, 28, made headlines for bashing Malik, 29, on an episode of Logan Paul’s “Impaulsive” podcast.

“Before we go too deep into this, there are many reasons why I dislike Zayn, and there are many reasons why I’ll always always be on his side,” the “Strip That Down” singer said in June, going on to reflect on Malik’s “different upbringing.”

“You can always look at the man for where he is and say ‘Oh yeah, whatever, that guy’s a d–k,’” Payne explained. “But at the end of the day … you understand what he’s been through.”
