The series stars Amber Stevens West as Whitney, Andrea Bordeaux as Ella, Bresha Webb as Renee, Corbin Reid as Sondi and Stephen Bishop as Matthew.

“Run the World” was created, written and executive produced by Leigh Davenport for her Lionsgate TV-based SisterLee Productions. Yvette Lee Bowser serves as showrunner.
