Celebrities and swimming pools pretty much go hand-in-hand and whilst British weather is notoriously not that great, it hasn’t stopped some stars from making a splash in their gardens.
As warmer climes in isolation make us go: "Ugh, if only we had a swimming pool" we’ve decided to take a look at those who do have the option to take a lockdown dip.
From Joey Essex’s pool paradise to Kylie’s kingsized water sanctuary, here’s a look at our favourite celeb swimming pools…
Joey Essex
One celebrity's garden we would love to be spending time in, as it has the perfect recipe for fun, is Joey Essex's.
The 29 year old star recently jumped into his enviable pool whilst appearing on Loose Women and it looks like just the place to be when the sun is shining.
The star has a white seating area by the pool with pink and blue pillows, and it looks just like the Love Island villa. Joey also has a basketball net which is great for killing time during the lockdown.
The pool is shaped in a meandering way which makes it not only fun to have but also a stylish garden feature. There is a wooden fence and high bushes surrounding the space to give Joey some much needed privacy.
John Barrowman
Dancing On Ice judge John Barrowman, 53, has a dreamy garden at his stunning Palm Springs home, including a show-stopping statue of a diver above a hot tub that flows into the swimming pool.
Very extra indeed… but it is John Barrowman's house after all.
Olly Murs
Pop star Olly Murs, 36, has been keeping busy in lockdown with TikTok videos galore, and one included dropping his bodybuilder girlfriend Amelia Tank into a pool by her hair.
In the clip, which shocked fans, we catch a glimpse of Olly Murs’ huge swimming pool and it’s safe to say it looks like an epic spot to cool down in the summer heat.
Kylie Jenner
Of course reality star Kylie Jenner has a wow-worthy pool, as the billionaire that she is.
The 22 year old makeup mogul just reportedly moved into a brand new massive 19,250 square foot mansion, according to TMZ, and it has one of the most glorious pools going.
Kylie posed in front of a set of sliding window doors, which opened up to the enormous swimming pool and another image sees the star showing off her famed curves whilst bikini clad in the water.
Piers Morgan
When Good Morning Britain presenter Piers Morgan isn’t sharing his fiery opinions on TV, he could well be found chilling out by his swimming pool, complete with a wooden al fresco dining table and matching seats. The area is sectioned off by a rustic wooden fence that means the pool won't spoil the landscape.
The swimming pool can be found at Piers’ chocolate box style house in the sleepy village of Newick in East Sussex.
Cristiano Ronaldo
We have a lot of time for Cristiano Ronaldo’s incredible pool at his home in Madeira.
It looks like the best place for a dip – not to mention the views spanning the ocean which look like the perfect backdrop for a cocktail or two.
Kelly Brook
Not only does model extraordinaire Kelly Brook, 40, have a gin garden in her stunning Kent-based garden, but she has a beautiful pool area surrounded by plants and trees to make it a little floral paradise.
In the pool sits a blow up flamingo which we’d waste no time in jumping straight onto.
Harry Redknapp
Harry Redknapp calls an exclusive neighbourhood in Dorset his home, where his stunning £3.5m two-storey property resides alongside white sandy beaches and lapping waves of the English Channel.
Harry, 72, and wife Sandra opted for an indoor pool to avoid their daily dip being dampened by the unpredictable British weather and we can hardly say we blame them.
Zoella
Um, Zoella’s pool looks amazing! The famed YouTube star resides in a stunning Brighton-based home with her beau Alfie Deyes, and the pair have a gorgeous pool seated in their polished garden.
Tess Daly
If we were Tess Daly and husband Vernon Kay, we’d be reclining in that blow up flamingo all day long!
The celebrity couple have a lovely pool in the garden of their Oxfordshire home, which we got a peek at as Tess shared a photo writing: “I'm comin' for ya… Happy HEATWAVE!"
