Holiday with goldies: People that book an overnight stay can camp on site, are treated to dinner and breakfast, and can spend their day playing with the dogs

Business has blown up after TikTok user Tilly Washer recommended people visit the centre after going there with her partner to mark their anniversary.

Her video, showing dozens of retrievers frolicking in the grass, has gone viral, reaching more than 4 million views on the video-based social media platform.

In the video, which Tilly dubbed ‘the best day ever’, the dogs are seen running and playing around in the field. They appear hugely receptive to cuddles and pats.

Envious dog lovers said they’d never leave the field if they made it there, and the company has said on their website that they are now experiencing ‘an exceptionally high amount of enquiries’ since re-opening to the public on April 12.

The Golden Retriever Experience said on their website all their dogs (pictured) are well-behaved and affectionate

The dog-friendly centre opened ten years ago, and was founded by Nicolas Grant St-James, who wanted to invite people to ‘join our incredible pack of goldies for some much-needed doggy cuddles.’

The website adds that the dogs are ‘impeccably trained and endlessly affectionate,’ perfect for dog lovers who don’t own their own pets.

A basic two-hour long session will set adults back £60, seniors £50, and will cost £30 for children – but is free for children under two.

Visitors can book overnight stays, with camping in a nearby field and breakfast available too
