A woman has amazed her social media users after revealing she sunbathes her vagina for two hours a day.

Letícia Martins, known as Lunna Leblanc, 23, who is originally from Brazil, shared a snap on her Instagram page in which she could be seen presenting her vulva to the sun as part of her morning routine. 

The 23-year-old argued that ‘exposing private parts to the sun’ can ‘provide more energy’ and ‘increase libido’, adding that it can also ‘help you get a good nights sleep’.

Social media users were left baffled by the racy snap, with many leaving shocked emoji faces in Lunna’s comments.

Sharing the snap, she wrote: ‘Nothing better than a morning sun.

‘Did you know that exposing your private parts to the sun can provide you with more energy, increase your libido, improve the circadian rhythm (which regulates the entire functioning of the human body) and still help you get a good night’s sleep?’

She continued: ‘What did you think of this experience?’   

Some of her followers said they initially thought the shot was a bit dodgy-looking, given the angle, but Lunna quickly corrected them.

The Only Fans star said the practice helps to increase libido and created it with giving her more energy throughout the day 

She said: ‘If that were really it, Instagram would have deleted the photo and banned my account.’

The model moved to work in the United Arab Emirates following the second wave of coronavirus, and spoke about how a lockdown without sex affected her.

She revealed: ‘It was traumatising. I don’t want a lockdown without sex anymore. Nobody can take it.’

According to the Daily Star, Lunna spent a staggering £23,000 on plastic surgery before opening an OnlyFans account.

The Brazilian argued that ‘exposing private parts to the sun’ can ‘provide more energy’ and ‘increase libido’, adding that it can also ‘help you get a good nights sleep’

She said: ‘I did liposculpture, put prostheses in my breasts. I’ve also had butt bioplasty, rhinoplasty and several facial procedures.’

‘The goal is not to use Photoshop on my photos on OnlyFans,’ she added. ‘I don’t want to be accused of using filters.’

Lunna is not the first person to wax lyrical about the benefits of sunbathing more intimate areas of the body.

Last year, snaps of a self-proclaimed healer went viral after she argued that just 30 seconds of sun on the nether regions is equivalent to spending a day in the sun fully-clothed, adding that it gives her ‘surges of energy’, better sleep, as well as ‘so much creativity in life.’

Lunna is not the first person to say that the unusual practice has health benefits after one social media user, from California, went viral last year while ‘perineum sunning’ 

 Meagan, from California, shared a snap on her Instagram page practicing ‘perineum sunning’ in which she could be seen presenting the area between her anus and vulva to the sun as part of her ‘daily rising routine’.     

One Twitter user shocked social media users when they shared Meagan’s post online in a now viral tweet, writing: ‘People out here butt-chugging sunlight.’

Posting on her Instagram page, Meagan argued that perineum sunning gave her a vast array of health benefits, and suggested it was ‘an ancient Taoist practice that’s been around for a while!)’.

DOES SUNBATHING BOOST YOUR LIBIDO? 

Sexual health expert at The Women’s Health Clinic Aly Dilks explained that vitamin D is hugely important for our wellbeing – particularly when it comes to our desire to get in the sack.

‘In terms of the chemicals it stimulates, testosterone is the one most responsible for our sex drive and studies show that the sun is a great factor in its production,’ she told Whimn. 

‘Think back to caveman times, those men catching animals out in the sun all day still needed the energy to come back and procreate to save their race. This is nature at its rawest.’

Interestingly having a vitamin D deficiency can cause lower levels of estrogen in women which is connected to a lower libido.

Estrogen also keeps the muscles in the vaginal wall healthy and creates a discharge – making positions easier to perform in the bedroom when you’re ‘turned on’.

So not only does an absence of the ‘sex vitamin’ make you not want to get into bed with your partner, it also makes you drier than normal – so intercourse becomes uncomfortable when you do.

The same thing happens for men but it’s testosterone they start to lose.
