Virgin Atlantic has return flights to New York from £260pp in its latest sale

If New York City has always been on your bucket list, then you may want to check out Virgin Atlantic 's latest sale!

Sir Richard Branson 's airline has just slashed prices on hundreds of return flights for 2020 in its winter deals – and that includes return fares from £260pp to the Big Apple from London Heathrow.

It's worth noting that the cheapest rates are based on hand luggage only tickets, but when we took a look you could find return flights from £340pp including a 23kg checked bag, so there are still bargains to be found if you do want a bag.

Oh, and all of the fares include complimentary in-flight meals, drinks and snacks.

All of the deals are already available to book on the Virgin Atlantic website but it's worth noting that the cheapest fares are subject to availability. You'll also need to book by the 3rd February when the sale ends.

Virgin Atlantic has also slashed prices on heaps more US destinations with returns under £300pp from London Heathrow. 

That includes fares to Boston from £260pp, San Francisco from £288pp and Los Angeles from £297pp. You can also find fares to Orlando from £284pp, based on a Manchester departure.
