Speaking in view of her 1.7 million followers, the star posted a video of herself in an orange workout top.
She began fiddling with her fringe, and said: “How’s my fringe doing today with that little bald patch?”
Louise moved her hair out the way, making a small bald patch on the right side of her head visible.
She captioned the video: “Loose skin after a baby is normal.
“So is hair loss sometimes! Hence my patch!”
Gemma also addressed her loose skin that she has despite her strict workout routine.
She said: “Someone messaged me asking did I not get loose skin after Mia?
“Yes I did! I grew a child.”
Gemma then lifted up her workout top to expose her toned stomach and show the excess skin she has since having her daughter.
The actress has made a name for herself on many shows including Hollyoaks, Casualty and most recently Emmerdale.
In Autumn 2017 Gemma competed in the fifteenth series of BBC’s Strictly Come Dancer and was partnered with Aljaz Skorjanec.
The couple reached the final of the competition, however lost out on the Glitterball to Joe McFadden.
Husband-to-be Gorka couldn’t hold back his tears last week when a clip was shown on It Takes Two as he spoke about Gemma.
In an emotional moment on the Strictly spin-off, the dancer told how they became friends first behind the scenes.
It was announced that they were a couple on Valentine’s Day 2018 and they welcomed their adorable daughter Mia on July 4, 2019.
The smitten couple got engaged on February 14 this year during a romantic dog walk.
He said tearfully: “Without Strictly I would never have Gemma.
“I think she’s the best person in the world.
“She inspires me every day. She makes me a better man, a better person, a better person, better everything.
“I’m so grateful to have her and call her my fiancée.”
