Jonathan Majors’ Lawyer Submits Video to Prove His GF Was Okay to Go Clubbing After Altercation

The ‘Creed III’ star’s attorney Priya Chaudhry also says that his driver will testify that the actor did not strike his girlfriend, but the woman assaulted him ‘while she was attempting to steal his phone.’

AceShowbizJonathan Majors‘ lawyer has submitted new evidence to maintain his innocence following his March arrest. His attorney Priya Chaudhry has claimed there’s video and testimony from his driver to prove that the actor’s girlfriend was not injured following their altercation.

Chaudhry says in documents filed on Wednesday, April 19 in Manhattan that Majors’ driver will testify the 33-year-old hunk never struck the alleged victim “in any way at any time, or even raised his voice.” Instead, according to the docs, as per TMZ’s report, the driver saw her “hitting, scratching, and attacking” the actor “while she was attempting to steal his phone.” The driver says Majors asked him to stop the car so he could leave the situation.

The woman allegedly told police she suffered a broken finger and a laceration behind her ear during the altercation. However, as Chaundry points out in the docs, they have evidence that’s a “complete lie.”

The lawyer says hours of security videos show the woman going clubbing and getting drunk after Majors left her in the car. She also texted him, accusing him of infidelity and threatening suicide.

The footage also seems to contradict the woman’s claim that she broke her finger in the incident. She appears to have no problem using her right hand to push her hair behind her right ear, reach into her bag several times, sort through credit cards, handles phones, holds a menu and hold a glass of champagne.

After leaving the club, the woman allegedly showed up at Majors’ home at 3:23 A.M. She called him 32 times and sent several angry, jealousy text messages.

When Majors finally returned home at 11:13 A.M., he found her unconscious and half naked on the floor of his walk-in closet. The woman allegedly also threw up in his bed and told him that she’d taken “a few sleeping tablets.”

The actor then called 911 and paramedic arrived. He says the woman repeatedly told the first responders, “I don’t know” when asked what happened to her. However, Chaudhry believes that police interviewing her were “clearly coaching her to say that Mr. Majors grabbed her by the throat.”

Chaundry and Majors want the D.A. to review the evidence swiftly and “dismiss these false charges against him.”

The footage surfaces after more women have come forward with abuse allegations against Majors. According to Variety, multiple alleged abuse victims of the Emmy Award nominee are cooperating with the Manhattan district attorney’s office.

Majors was taken into custody on March 25 after an alleged domestic dispute with his girlfriend. He’s accused of slapping his partner before putting his hands around her neck, ultimately resulting in visible injuries. Among them were a “laceration behind her ear, redness, and marks to her face.”

He was subsequently charged with two counts of assault in the third degree, aggravated harassment and attempted assault. He was released on his own recognizance on the same day with a limited order of protection.
