She said in her book The Pioneer Woman Cooks: Super Easy! she serves this salad at her Pawhuska, OK restaurant, P-Town Pizza.
Drummond admitted it’s a favorite of her family as well.
“We serve this salad at my restaurant, P-Town Pizza, and it’s my favorite salad in the world,” she wrote.
“Mounds of chopped jarred staples, fridge proteins, and fresh produce makes this salad an absolute feast for the senses, and it never gets old for me,” Drummond shared.
“Prep everything in advance so when it comes time to assemble the salad, it moves lightning-fast,” she concluded.

“Sometimes, we’ll even have salad as a main course—I’ll add bacon or ham and grated sharp cheddar, so it’s more of a meal,” she revealed.
