New York City just hasn’t felt the same without a certain group of gals to impart their wisdom on love, dating, and sex. It’s been more than a decade since we last saw the ladies of Sex & The City back together. But after all that time, the wait is finally over. And Just Like That, the continuation of the Sex & The City story is finally here, and the premiere photos had us absolutely fawning over the stunning, fashionable looks that even Carrie Bradshaw would envy.
Sarah Jessica Parker, Cynthia Nixon, Kristin Davis, and more of the original cast returned for the series premiere last night at the MoMA in New York City. Honestly, the venue was totally appropriate for the ladies who inspired a generation of women to basically align their star charts to correspond with SATC characters. After all this time, the cast is still just as fashionable as ever, and we even got glimpses that showed us that time really changes little when it comes to the friendships between women.
Along with three of the original four ladies, the men of SATC were also in attendance, including David Eigenberg, Evan Handler, and of course, Chris Noth. One photo from the premiere featured Noth and SJP sharing a laugh — as if no time had passed at all. We’re so ready to dive into this new batch of episodes, and we’re sure you are too!
