TikTok star Jehane Thomas, 30, dies days after sharing video about head pain

TikTok star and mum-of-two Jehane Thomas has died.

Jehane, 30, tragically died on Friday, according to her loved ones, and the sad news comes just days after she shared a tearful video in which she told followers she was in excruciating pain.

The doting mum, who hailed from Doncaster, leaves behind sons Isaac, three, and Elijah, one.

For months Jehane had used her social media platforms to document her battle with crippling migraines.

According to MailOnline, the blogger had also been diagnosed with a painful condition called optic neuritis which is the result of optic nerve inflammation.

Many of the recent videos Jehane shared with her 67,000 followers were filmed in hospital, but just five days ago, she tearfully filmed herself at home.

Trying to sum up just how painful her headaches were, Jehane told her fans: ‘Day two of being home out of my one-week stay at the hospital, and as you can see, I have one of my pressure migraines back.’

Jehane went on: ‘Isaac was late this morning because I physically couldn’t get up to walk or take him to school.

‘I’ve taken one of my tablets. This is the second tablet I’ve taken since being home and I’ve only got six of them, so I’m not really sure what I’m meant to do when I run out of those.’

Shared for those not on instagram. Im struggling so bad this morning ?

Jehane added: ‘I just called my neurologist’s office for advice and they said I should go back to the hospital but I physically cannot lay in that bed any longer.’

A day later, on Wednesday, Jehane was back in hospital, however she did not share any more videos and her close friend Alyx Reast confirmed on a GoFundMe page on Saturday that Jehane had died.

The doting mum’s last Instagram post was shared six days ago and saw her cosying up to her two young sons.

Sharing the picture, Jehane wrote in part: ‘6 days admitted into hospital and I’m finally home with my boys.

‘It’s been a really challenging week, not just physically but mentally. I’ve missed these two so much and feel like they’ve both grown up so much whilst I’ve been away.’

She added: ‘I may be home but I’m still struggling with these migraines as nothing was really done to help them after a whole week of being there and I’d rather self-medicate at home with these around me then me left in a bed on my own all day & night.

‘I may not be fixed but I’m not giving in.’
