EVERYONE loves a calendar to count down the days till Christmas, but they don’t have to be crammed full of sweets and chocolates.
The latest advent calendars come filled with all kinds of goodies – including treats from the health and beauty world. Today we have a look at some of them.

- Nourished advent calendar, £59.99 from get-nourished.com – buy now
Behind each door of Nourished’s calendar are 3D-printed vegan, sugar-free “gummy stacks” that include seven active ingredients.
Each week has a theme, such as Inner Defence or High Flyer.
Tastes great and comes with one month’s supply of 3D-printed vitamins. My favourite.
- The English Tea shop calendar, £10 from english-heritageshop.org.uk – buy now
The perfect way to take a break in the busy festive season.
The English Tea shop calendar contains 25 organic tea bags, including Festive Spice, Chai Charge and my favourite, Peachy Keen, with rosehip & lemongrass.
A cool, interactive design where the boxes can be rearranged into puzzles.
- Protein Ball Co advent calendar, £19.99 from theproteinballco.com – buy now
The Protein Ball Co advent calendar features five flavours of gluten and sugar-free protein balls that are just 28cals each.
Packaging and design are a bit dull, but it’s a great post-workout protein hit in one mouthful.

A fab gift to make sure you’re pampered top-to-toe in the run up to Christmas.

This features 25 products with everything you need from mascara, lipstick and eyeliner to skincare, face masks, nail products and even accessories like tweezers and eyelash curlers.

Full-sized and mini beauty products from high-end brands including Elemis and Molton Brown.
One of the best on the market, the contents are worth £480.
