Charles and Camilla romance is ‘inspiring and amazing’ relationship expert claims

Prince Charles and Camilla's relationship assessed by expert

Camilla Parker Bowles and Prince Charles wed in a small ceremony not even attended by the Queen. It was a long time coming after the pair were first romantically involved all those years ago.

The pair became a couple, often pitured together at polo matches with Charles meeting Camilla’s family.

However, their relationship came to an end in 1972 ater Prince Charles was deployed over seas in his Royal Navy role.

Despite being seperated the pair always maintained a friendship.

In the interim Charles and Camilla both married, Charles famously marrying Princess Diana and Camilla marrying Andrew Parker-Bowles.

After his divorce from Diana, Charles and Camilla, who had also divorced her husband, became a couple and mainted the romance ever since.

The relationship was made public officially in 2001 and Camilla moved into Clarence House with Charles in 2003, his official royal residence.

A relationship expert has relayed her thoughts on this long relationship.

Sami Wunder, whose expertise has been featured on the BBC, Time Magazine, Glamour and the Sunday Times, among others, told Express.co.uk: “Camilla has been a stabilising factor for Prince Charles through and through.

“She is the woman who has been a friend, who has heard him out, who has been there when things were rough in his marriage and again.

“I think it’s their friendship, more than the romance, that has stood the test of time.”

A body language expert analysed Camilla’s body language at the event.

Camilla is looking “increasingly anxious and wary” according to Judi James.

“When Camilla is with Charles now, as she was at the end of William and Kate’s rail tour, she will often hold back or look rigid or even distracted,” Judi explained.

“Her role as her husband’s support is still obvious though and when he looks at her or engages her she will respond with a smile and some good humored-looking words, but her rituals do seem to veer between extremes.”
