Greggs reveals new Christmas menu with festive treats dropping tomorrow – but favourites such as Festive Bakes, soup and baguettes cost 20-30p MORE than last year

  • The nationwide bakery confirmed its much loved Festive Bake is back
  • Prices of all of its Christmas trimmings have risen amid the cost of living crisis
  • The Vegan Turkey-Free and Stuffing Festive Baguette is one of the new items

Greggs has announced the new festive treats that will be available from tomorrow as part of its new Christmas menu.

The bakery confirmed its much-loved festive bake and popular caramel latte will be returning to the shelves in stories across the UK.

However, fans eager to get their hands on a seasonal treat might notice that their favourite has increased in price, with the cost of the popular Festive Bake rising by 20p and the Christmas Soup going up by 30p.

Earlier this year, customers faced price hikes on pasties and sausage rolls as the bakery chain – which has more than 2,200 shops in the UK – was faced with higher prices for food, packing and energy.

In May, customers saw increases in price of 5p to 10p on some items, including jam donuts, sausage rolls and ham and cheese toasties.
