A horse rider has died while competing in a show jumping event.
The unnamed rider lost their life on Saturday while taking part in a competition in Solihull, Birmingham.
Four ambulances and the air ambulance attended the scene but they could not be saved.
Following the tragedy Solihull Riding Club released a statement expressing their "deepest sympathy" to the rider's family.

A British Eventing spokesman added: "We are devastated to hear of the death of a rider following an incident at an unaffiliated event at Solihull Riding Club.
"Heartfelt condolences to the family of the rider involved."
