Scott Thomas has revealed his impressive body transformation after dedicating time during his lockdown to working out every day.

The brother of former Coronation Street actor Ryan Thomas, and twin to I'm A Celeb star Adam Thomas, has shared before and after pictures and gushed about how proud he was he'd remained focused.

He explained how he had struggled to tone up after going sober, until he overhauled the way he was eating when a pal and expert in nutrition decided to help him out, and together they set up a new lifestyle brand Food4Thoughts.

Scott, who appeared on the 2016 series of Love Island and dated Kady McDermott, spoke about the challenge he'd set himself over the summer and how happy he was he'd achieved his goals.

"All my life I knew I was capable of so much more and I knew I was holding myself back. Something deep inside me was telling me I had to step up and make some big changes.

"This year I made a big decision that changed my life. I’ve achieved more this year than I have in the last 10 years in terms of self development. Not just physically but mentally."

He added: 'I want this for everyone out there. All it takes is ONE big decision to want better for yourself."

The 32 year old reality star who is also the founder of agency The Social PR in Manchester, shared his success in a series of videos of him working out in the car park near his home and then later in the gym.

"I was scrolling back through the journey this morning. Every single morning during lockdown I’d train in that car park and wouldn’t let anything get in the way of my goal. I wanted to become the best version of myself both mentally and physically," the reality star penned in the caption.

"I was about 4/5 months in and still hadn’t received the results I wanted. All the training and work rate in the world wouldn’t get me there. I was so frustrated. It wasn’t until @edens_in_the_clouds_ taught me all about nutrition and how to fuel my body in the right way that I saw MASSIVE changes.

He continued: "It really is 80 [per cent] diet and 20 [per cent] exercise but he taught me that dieting should never be a punishment. I was eating more food than ever and getting more shredded."

Following his impressive results Scott, is now encouraging his followers to join him and start their own health and fitness journey with his brand Food4Thoughts, where they have nutrition coaches and personal trainers available for clients.
