Kerry Katona is now the proud owner of a six-bedroom £2 million property boasting six bedrooms, a cinema room and her own walk-in wardrobe.
13 years after being declared bankrupt, the former Atomic Kitten star has managed to earn back her fortune and then some.
Kerry was keen to share her delight with fans, saying that “even six years ago” she wouldn’t have believed what she was capable of.
The 40-year-old revealed that the family had been renting since she faced bankruptcy in 2008.
“After losing EVERYTHING 13 years ago and having to rent I’ve finally bought me a house!! I want to share this news because many times over the years I literally felt suicidal! BUT I never gave up!”
The six-bedroom pad will be home to Kerry, her fiancée Ryan Mahoney and her five children – Molly Marie McFadden, 18, Lilly-Sue McFadden, 17, Heidi Elizabeth Croft, 13, Maxwell Mark Croft, 12, and Dylan-Jorge, five.
According to The Sun the property has enough bedrooms for the whole family as well as a walk-in wardrobe and cinema room for family movie nights.
The former I’m a Celebrity, Get Me Out Of Here queen then used her news to remind her followers to have self-belief whatever life throws at them.
“If I can turn things around and get back on top ANYONE can. I’m not gonna lie Credit where credit due I’m really proud of myself,” Kerry wrote, adding:
“DONT EVER GIVE UP ON YOURSELF!!!!!!! Doesn’t matter if others don’t believe in you just as long as you believe in yourself!”
“Even 6 years ago I never thought I’d be where I am today! It’s been bloody hard. Drugs, bankruptcy, bipolar, mental health, anxiety, divorcees breakdowns, car crash TV.
“I honestly never thought I’d get through it all! But here I am. Tell yourself every day you love yourself, tell yourself every day your worth it and never ever let other people’s opinions define you as a person!”
She didn’t reveal exactly where her new pad is, but did let fans know that she is “moving back up North”.
