Mandy Moore attends Emmys 2021 after husband’s COVID-19 exposure

Mandy Moore took to the 2021 Emmy Awards red carpet solo Sunday after revealing her husband, Taylor Goldsmith, and his band, Dawes, were exposed to COVID-19.

The “This Is Us” star, 37, reposted on her Instagram Stories a message from the rock band Saturday that stated they had to cancel their next few shows since members of their team had “a few positive tests in the last hour.”

“Everyone is feeling fine w [sic] minor symptoms,” the post read. “We’ve tried to stay as careful and as podded up as we can but this virus found us anyway.”

The geotag for the post was Boston. Moore is currently in Los Angeles for the Emmys, so it is unknown whether she has been in contact with Goldsmith, 36, recently or if he is one of the people who tested positive.

Reps for Moore and Dawes did not immediately return Page Six’s requests for comment.

Moore hit the Sunday’s Emmys red carpet in a stunning red gown by Carolina Herrera.

She was not seen wearing a face mask. However, the “A Walk to Remember” star is vaccinated.

Moore revealed on her Instagram Stories in July that she got her vaccine shot “the first chance she could” in mid-March.

“If it were widely available while I was pregnant, I would have gotten it then,” the “Candy” singer added.

Moore and Goldsmith welcomed their first child, a son named August Harrison, in February.

All of Sunday’s Emmys attendees were required to provide a negative COVID-19 test and proof of vaccination.
