Mrs Hinch spoke candidly about her body after a fan branded her “perfect”.
Many gush over the cleaning influencer’s figure, which is very trim even though she gave birth a year ago.
And during an Instagram Q&A, a commenter asked: “How is your body so perfect but Ronnie is only one?”
They added: “I love you and your stories.”
Mrs Hinch, whose real name is Sophie Hinchcliffe, responded to the query.
She wrote: “Hello beautiful. I love you too. I promise my body is far from perfect.”
Sophie wanted to make it clear that no one’s “perfect”, so highlighted some hang-ups she’s had about herself in the past.
She has a blood condition called Protein S deficiency and Factor V Leiden, which can cause bruising on her legs.
The influencer also pointed out “stretch marks” on her thighs and admitted she’s not as “toned” as people assume she is.
She added: “I’m constantly covered in bruises because of my blood condition, I have stretch marks all over my inner thighs and the tops of my legs, not one area of my body is ‘toned’.”
Instead of obsessing over these 'flaws', Mrs Hinch believes it’s important to celebrate them.
Sophie no longer strives to be perfect – and she has her fans to thank for boosting her confidence.
She revealed: “BUT for the first time in 30 years, YOU guys have helped me to embrace it.
“So I will be forever grateful – and I love you all!”
It's refreshing to see famous faces being so honest about their appearances, they are more like us than some people think!
Sophie's pal Stacey Solomon is another celebrity who champions "real" bodies.
In recent months, the star has shared candid bikini snaps on Instagram.
She also proudly shared a picture of her post-baby body. Good on you, girls!
