Pro cleaner’s £1 Asda hack banishes foundation stains on fabric instantly

If you are a make-up fans like us, you’ll know how easy it is to leave orange marks around your house.

Whether you’re putting foundation-covered mitts on your walls, or leaving concealer on your pillowcases, it can be a real nightmare to budge.

So as you can imagine, we were pretty pleased to find a solution to this problem on Instagram.

The Twinkle Cleaning Duo – AKA Natalie and Katrina – have worked as professional cleaners for 10 years.

And according to the London-based pair, there’s a way to get rid of stains in an instant.

Nat used a few spritzes of Elbow Grease’s All Purpose Degreaser Spray.

The product – which can be picked up from Asda for £1 – works well on fabric and in the kitchen.

Nat put the spray to work by applying it to fabric that was covered in foundation.

Instantly, the orange marks began to be lifted.

The pro cleaner admitted she was “impressed” by how well the Elbow Grease product worked.

After budging the stains in a matter of seconds, she put the throw in the wash to get any further residue out.

Meanwhile, the cleaning guru also showed fans how she disinfects her makeup brushes.

In social media stories shared with her three million followers, she applied a few drops of Child’s Farm baby shampoo to her brushes.

The formula is designed for sensitive skin, so it’s perfect for delicate bristles.

The influencer then got a tap running, before swirling her soapy tools onto a £2 sponge.

Mrs Hinch opted to use a Scrub Daddy product, which is made from textured fabric that’s good for lifting dirt up.
