An Instagram influencer has given thousands confidence after revealing what her body looks like at the start compared to the end of the day.
Ambar Miraaj Driscoll, who is dating YouTube star Casper Lee, shared a before and after snap of herself taken on the same day to her official Instagram account.
Posting for her 284,000 followers to see, Ambar could be seen posing in her bedroom flaunting abs in the first snap.
Wearing burgundy knickers and a nude bra, her stomach appeared flat and flaunted her toned physique.
In the second snap, taken later that same day, the star posed with her hand on her bloated stomach.
She then shared a lengthy caption encouraging others not to feel bad about their bodies.
Ambar wrote: "Definitely not a before and after photo, just the difference between tensing first thing in the morning, and me cradling my food baby after a particularly heavy weekend eating a lot of good food.
"Just a reminder that bodies change! We are not meant to look the same every moment of every day.
"I had very unrealistic expectations of my body when I was younger and would purposely eat very little food before nights out so that my stomach would look flat in a crop top (leading to me getting very drunk as I had nothing lining my stomach)."
Ambar went on to say that flat stomachs are "not natural 24/7".

She said: "Flat stomachs are not accessories, are not natural 24/7 and also are not attainable for a large majority of women because of genetics!
"I may have abs when I tense in the morning but they are definitely not visible after breakfast.
"Be kind to your body, it’s not an ornament that’s meant to look a certain way, it may be hard to love a lot of the time (because let’s face it, societal standards have well and truly warped our perception) but try at least to respect your body for all the wonderful things it does for you."
Her fans rushed to the comments section to gush over her.
One wrote: "These posts always do wonders for me mentally. Thank you, truly, for being real and vulnerable."
A second said: "Yessss! This is everything."
"Love this, you’ve honestly helped me play with my rolls and squish (on an otherwise normal weight body) rather than hate my belly,' wrote another.
