You can rent a treehouse in Bali with breathtaking views for £30 a night

Travelling is a wonderful thing to do, but sadly not everyone has the time or money to do so.

Hotels and flights can add up quickly, leaving you stressing about what cash you have left over for spending money.

But what if we were to tell you there was a way to save a bunch of money and still have an amazing trip?

Well, you can do just that if you skip the fancy hotel all together and opt to stay in a stunning treehouse.

Those wanting to visit Bali in Indonesia currently have the opportunity to stay in a treetop property with breathtaking views over the sparkling blue sea.

And if that already didn't sound tempting enough, the treehouse will only set you back £30 per night – yes, really!

Advertised on Airbnb , the little hideaway is located in Nusa Penida, an island to the southeast of Bali.

In slightly broken English, the property description reads: "In this treehouse all your childhood dreams embodied in an miracle.

"Imagine waking up from sleep accompanied clean air, the sound of birdsong, and the smell of fresh trees.

"Moreover, coupled with a panoramic view of the sea, sunrise and sunset are certainly amazing."

There are a total of three treehouses on the site and each has a minimum of one night stay, contains a bed and blanket and sleeps two people. There's one bathroom on the camp below for all guests to share.

But with views like that, really what more do you need?

The only real downside appears to be that place is currently fully booked until September.

But according to the reviews, it really is worth the wait.

One person wrote: "This place is incredible, a must visit!"

Someone else said: "Hands down the best experience you can have in Nusa Penida. This place is just unreal, you have to spend a night here!"

A third added: "Incredibly beautiful position. So glad we stayed here. Basic accommodation by location amazing."
