Leigh Francis has shared that his friend Holly Willoughby isn't in a good place at the moment after she was targeted in a scary kidnap and murder plot.
Holly, 42, quit her presenting role at This Morning earlier this year, following the news that a 36 year old man was arrested and charged after police discovered an alleged plot to 'kidnap and murder' her.
Following this, she has continued to keep a rather low profile, with Leigh, 50, best known for his alter ego Keith Lemon, now revealing that she's having a tough time.
Speaking to Sunday People, Leigh said: "I don't think she's in a good place. She's having a tough time."
Adding that he's in regular contact with Holly, he continued: "I just text her? I don't ask how she is, but I send her some messages to cheer her up
"I just go, 'Hope you're OK', and tell her about things I've bought. Like, 'I've just wasted my money on some Spider-Man Crocs, Holly? do you like them?'"
He then told the outlet that he doesn't know if Holly will be returning to Dancing On Ice next year.

It comes after Holly's former This Morning colleague Dr Ranj Singh shared his hopes that she will eventually make her return to TV.
Speaking to Closer, he said: "Of course she will come back to TV, she's too good not to. I don't know where or what show, but she's so good at it, it would be a shame for her to back away completely."
And despite previously criticising the show as 'toxic', he admitted that he still wanted to check up on Holly.
He said: "I messaged Holly just to check she was OK. Everything that's happened with her has been really tough. We all reached out and just want to make sure she's alright."
"She replied and she's good. Obviously it's a really difficult place for her to be in and she made a really difficult decision, but the kind thing to do is to reach out and just check in."
After Holly's departure from This Morning, ITV has been trying to find a new double-act to replace Holly and Phillip Schofield, who also departed the show this year.
Sources at the network say that they will 'test the chemistry and likeability' of a number of potential anchors, with Good Morning Britain's Ben Shephard currently the favourite to replace Phillip.
