Jamie Redknapp’s pregnant wife Frida Andersson changes surname on Instagram after secret wedding

Jamie Redknapp’s pregnant wife, Frida Andersson, has officially changed her name on Instagram to Frida Redknapp after tying the knot with the football pundit on Monday.

The Swedish model has changed her username from @Frida_Andersson to @Frida_Redknapp less than 24 hours after their nuptials, clearly eager to start married life as Mrs. Redknapp.

The couple, who are expecting their first child together in the next few weeks, tied the knot in a secret ceremony at Chelsea Registry Office on Monday 18 October.

48-year-old Jamie wed Frida, 37, in a toned-down ceremony with his parents Harry and Sandra Redknapp there to witness, showing their sign of approval.

Jamie's sons Charlie and Beau, who he shares with ex-wife Louise Redknapp, also attended the low-key ceremony.

The model looked elegant in a white off-the-shoulder dress, which came down to her calves and showed off her blossoming baby bump.

It was then reported the pair were expecting their first child together in May this year, whichFrida confirmed as she responded to congratulatory messages on social media.

Jamie's wedding comes four years after Jamie’s split fromLouise Redknappin 2017, whom he was married to for 19 years.

A source previously sharedLouise's shock over Frida and Jamie’s baby newswith OK! .

Now, a source has claimed that Louise is “shocked” over the wedding as she “didn’t have time to prepare.”

While Louise, 46, was told the wedding would be taking place, it is believed she was not given much notice, leaving her feeling "mixed emotions" about Jamie, who she divorced in 2018, moving on.

A source told OK! : "Louise was quite shocked, she only found out very recently. They kept it very under wraps, nobody even knew they were engaged.

"It's very mixed emotions for her, it's difficult because she's spoken quite openly about her regret.

“She's blamed Strictly quite a lot but, unfortunately, you can't turn the clock back.”

The source added that Louise was only informed of the nuptials because Jamie wanted their sons – Charley, 17, and Beau, 12 – to enter Kensington and Chelsea Register Office with him.

"He wanted his sons to walk in with him but it was a very small affair," they continued. "She only knew because the boys were there.

"She didn't have a lot of time to prepare because Jamie just wanted to be married before the baby was born. He was desperate for them to be man and wife before."
