THEY get mistaken for siblings, or even a couple, every time they go out together.

But they're actually mother and son.

And it's down to 52-year-old Lori Steeves' incredibly youthful appearance that she's often thought to be her 35-year-old son's sister.

Sharing a video on TikTok of herself and son Travis a few weeks ago, she wrote over the top: "The number of times we get mistaken for a couple or brother and sister instead of mum and son."

A voiceover then said "20 times", "50 times", "200 times" – with the mother and son saying "more" every time.

"Every time we go out together!" Lori added in the caption.

People in the comments section were quick to weigh in on Lori's youthful appearance, with one writing: "how does the mum look younger?"

"Mom looks younger than the son," another added.

While a third commented: "Wait, what?"

"Brother and sister – would never guess that’s mom!" someone else wrote.

Someone else asked Lori for her "skincare routine and diet" tips, which she shared in another video.

She also posted two PDF files in which she further detailed her skincare regime.

Lori revealed her morning regime begins with Hyalamide High-Efficiency Cleaner, followed by Hyalamide Pore Flush, NIOD Multi-Molecular Hyaluronic Complex, The Ordinary Niaminacide 10% + 1% Zinc, The Ordinary Pycnogenol 5%, NIOD Hydration Vaccine and finally, Supergoop! Unseen Sunscreen SPF 40.

She also takes a vast array of supplements, and ensures she maintains good levels of Vitamin D.

Lori is in fact an anti-ageing health coach, who works to help women over 50 "look, feel and perform better".

In another video on TikTok, Lori revealed that she gave birth to Travis aged 17, and put him up for adoption.

Travis is now the oldest of six children, as Lori went on to have two more children, while his biological father has three kids.
