Leave it to Kourtney Kardashian, 40, to make the keto diet look easy and delicious. Yep, she’s following keto again, and the Keeping Up With the Kardashians star and her chef friends have gotten creative with keto-friendly ingredients in the kitchen.

Their latest creation: cauliflower pizza crust. Kourtney shared her friend and chef Sara Motamedi’s recipe for a cauliflower pizza crust on her lifestyle website Poosh. You know this dish will be delish because it comes from the same chef who created this drool-worthy keto-friendly cheesecake recipe.

The clever crust is made of grated cauliflower, Parmesan cheese, egg, garlic powder, turmeric, and salt. The toppings are where it really gets interesting. Kourt piles her pizza high with different types of cheese, basil, olive oil, and cracked pepper.

It fits with the ketogenic diet, which is all about minimizing your carbs and upping your fats to get your body to use fat as a form of energy, Scott Keatley, R.D., of Keatley Medical Nutrition Therapy previously told Women’s Health.

Keto or not, that sounds absolutely delicious. No wonder Kourtney has been back on track on the keto diet for three weeks and going strong, according to a post on her lifestyle site Poosh.

Another way Kourtney makes keto look easy is by allowing herself cheat days. She gives herself one per week to be exact. “…when I did the keto diet, I was very strict six days a week and my cheat day was on Sundays,” she shared on her site.

When it’s not a cheat day, she doubles-down on her keto diet and curbs cravings with smart hacks. “When I’m around friends who are indulging or having dessert, I make tea to keep my hands and my mouth busy,” she shared on her lifestyle site.
